Hex Bolt – High Tensile

High tensile hex bolts are engineered for demanding applications where standard grade bolts cannot deliver the required clamping force or shear resistance. Manufactured from alloy steel and heat-treated to achieve superior mechanical properties, these bolts are used extensively in automotive chassis, crane structures, press tooling, heavy equipment mounting, and high-load structural connections. Grade 8.8 offers an excellent balance of strength and ductility for general structural use, while Grade 10.9 and 12.9 are specified for critical high-stress joints. Black oxide or yellow zinc chromate finishes are available to enhance corrosion resistance. All bolts are tested for tensile strength, proof load, and hardness in accordance with ISO 898-1.
