Flat Washer
Standard flat washers distribute clamping load and protect the work surface under bolt heads and nuts. Available in narrow, normal and wide series. DIN 125 / ISO 7089 compliant.
Spring Washer
Split spring lock washers prevent bolt loosening by exerting a spring force that maintains tension in the joint. Used in machinery, automotive and electrical panels. DIN 127 standard.
Repair Washer
Large OD repair washers for use where the original hole has become worn or oversized. Also used in bodywork repairs, fibreglass and wooden structures to provide extra bearing area.
Square Washer
Square plate washers for timber construction, channel framing and structural steel work. The square shape prevents rotation and increases bearing area on wood and composite materials.
Penny (Large) Washer
Extra large OD penny washers for roofing, cladding and fixing into soft or oversize holes. Provides maximum load bearing surface to prevent pull-through in thin or weak materials.
Conical Washer (Belleville)
Conical disc springs (Belleville washers) maintain bolt tension under thermal cycling and vibration. Used in high-temperature pipework, pressure vessels and precision spring-loaded assemblies.
Tab Washer
Tab lock washers with inner and outer tabs that bend against the bolt face and workpiece edge to prevent loosening. Used in gearboxes, bearing housings and industrial drive shafts.
